BEACON allows you to first utilize your internal staffing resources by posting your per diem shift needs and instantly notify your internal staff of available openings via email and/or text message based on their preferences for extra shifts. Your staff can view and submit their interest for open shifts by simply replying to their email notification. You determine when to release any unfilled shifts and assignments to BEACON external staffing partners. As an additional bonus, BEACON exclusively manages all documentation to Joint Commission, OSHA & HIPAA standards and will also manage your staffing contract, rates and invoices for all external staffing.
